The house is finally in some semblance in order, but it's weird. It feels like being on vacation. With your stuff. Without a time limit. Wednesday was an ugly day. I guess all that anxiety had to come out somewhere, somehow and it made me feel physically unpleasant all day long. I'm glad I didn't end up escalating into a full-blown panic attack but it was still no walk in the park. I knew though even after therapy that these things weren't going to go away.
